snowglobe

i was playing with building snowglobe lately, likes http get for textures and new map, so far seems it future of sl viewer and it running very fast.
test build (intel only) with classic UI and rlv on rapidshare at moment, feel free to test it and make comments.

RestrainedLife updated to v1.18a.
New DefaultSaveLoadDirectory patch (makes the viewer use the HOME directory instead of the installation directory as the default directory when uploading or saving files).
New ShowFriendsInMiniMap patch for v1.19 (shows your friends as yellow dots in the mini-map, like what happens in v1.22 and later viewers).
