Cool SL Viewer v1.23.4.0 release 11 (stable branch, Windlight renderer)
New in these releases:
MoreGrids (for v1.19) and MoreGridsDynamic (for v1.23) patches updated (updates to some grids addresses).
New AdultCompliance patch (for v1.19), allowing to get adult search results.
New DecoupledMapAndSearchShowEvents (for v1.23), to fix a problem with "Show mature" and "Show adult" events settings not being decoupled between the events search tab and the world map.

I think you may have linked to the wrong file. Cool Viewer 1.23.4.0 (11) should be larger than 7.5 Meg's.
